“My experience with the ReBAR was unlike anything I have ever done before. The tool
is a great piece of equipment for developing athletes because it is manageable but still
challenging. In other words you do not have to be a stellar athlete to be able to use it.


However, after continued use with it, you will become a stellar athlete. The bar made

“I have found my experience with the ReBAR to be great. In 2009 I had lower back
surgery and it was said to me that I would be limited in things I would be able to do.
Some of those things were very vital and essential to what I needed be doing to keep
my strength such as; squatting, dead lift, RDL, power cleaning, and other heavy lifts that
involve the core. With the ReBAR I’m able to work those same muscles that I would
squatting, power cleaning, and dead lifting, while also strengthening my core, which is
important for the type of injury I had. The ReBAR was a great workout for me because it
focused on my core which had been a weakness of mine. Not only the core but the
other muscles that you are working with each exercise you do. After a couple of good
core stability workouts with the stability bar I really could not only see the difference in
my core and abs, but also feel how much stronger my core had gotten. My hips were
stronger than ever as well as my back and hamstrings, which was a huge weakness of
mine. My knee drive in running was much stronger, higher, and more explosive, all from
my core being stronger and recognizing when it’s turned on and knowing how to use it

The ReBAR is a great piece of equipment that can either address or uncover a muscle
imbalance or tightness, or a movement compensation in an individual. This is a versatile
